Dr. Bender Cross Country Classic:

Family friendly cross country races with great competition on July 18, 2009. 

3 races: 

Elementary school age 1.5 K (8A)

Middle school age 2-mile (8:30A)

Open 5K (9A). 

Entry Fee:

Family ($35 before July 4th or $50 after July 4th), or

Individual ($15 before July 4th or $20 after July 4th) 

Extras:

Tees to first 250 entrants, spikes allowed, mile splits, refreshments at finish

Awards:

Overall and age group awards provided by Columbus Running Company.
